LACE is an independent, community-driven web radio based in Paris, collectively run by its residents, volunteers, and listeners. Non-profit and fully volunteer-led, the project is built on a transparent and participatory structure where everyone involved can contribute to the radio’s development and daily life. LACE brings together artists, DJs, producers, labels, collectives, sound researchers, enthusiasts, experts, and curious listeners. Editorially, the radio champions a thoughtful and open-minded approach to music, exploring contemporary scenes alongside musical heritage, outsider sounds, niche genres, archives, experimentation, and unexpected connections.
