It’s that time of the year again when BBC Music Awards honor the best artists in the music business.
This year, Adele, Coldplay and The 1975 took home the top honors of the day.
Adele won the fan-voted album of the year with “25” and song of the year with “Hello” and Coldplay won British Artist of the Year. Both artists were not able to be present at the Awards gala. Adele sent a write note which was read by Robbie Williams, while Coldplay accepts the award through a video message.
The 1975 won the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge Performance of the Year with the One Direction’s cover of “What Makes You Beautiful”.
