By now I’m sure you already heard about the Netflix Series “13 Reasons Why”, since it became one of the most debated topics around the internet and social media.

“13 Reasons Why” is a series of 13 episodes about a girl called Hannah who suffers bullying and commits suicide.

This new show has brought some discussion around the topic of bullying, how can you help someone who’s suffering and how to even know how much a person is mentally struggling.

Specially if you are a parent who watched the show you must be scared and must be thinking would I know if my kids were going through something like that?

When you finish the show you realize that some things you consider minor could be nightmares to other people since you never know what goes inside the mind of someone else.

Bullying is a super complex social problem that doesn’t have a perfect solution. Who should you blame: the bullies, the school, the parents? What can we do to minimize the impact of bullying? What can we do to help someone who’s suffering from bullying?

Today we bring 4 podcasts that in some way talk about this topic and try to explain to the listeners what we all can do to help.
