Katya was drawn to yoga at the age of 18. She went on to study yoga at the British Wheel of Yoga. After five and a half years of training, she qualified to become a yoga teacher. Katya is caring and passionate about sharing her knowledge with others. She helps people improve their lives both physically and mentally with yoga. Just like it did in her own life, she lets yoga do a profound awakening and healing within her students.
