DYR - Durban Youth Radio is a community radio station that caters to a young and vibrant audience in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

The station began originally as a campus-community radio station in 1995 before becoming a self-standing non-profit broadcaster in 2000. With programming that still reflects the fresh and innovative spirit of the station, it offers a line-up with entertainment shows and various music shows focused on Urban genres and where South African artists take the lead. Local news reports and snippets of information to the community are also provided in compliance with the station licence.
