One year after the terrorist attack on the Bataclan, Sting reopened the venue with a tribute to all the victims of the attack, making a minute of silence.
Sting has also used the concert to pay tribute to all the musicians that died this year, David Bowie, Prince, Glenn Frey and Leonard Cohen.
"We’ve got two important things to do tonight: first, to remember and honor those who lost their lives in the attacks a year ago and to celebrate the life and the music of this historic venue.”
